A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. Hirex Water Damage keeps Structural Drying crews and equipment staged inside Vivian so a technician can be at your door quickly.
Plenty of Vivian families have dialed a big national number and waited through hold music before a random contractor showed up hours later, and Hirex Water Damage exists specifically to fix that pattern. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Our lead technicians hold IICRC water restoration certification and have worked jobs ranging from a single soaked bedroom to a fully flooded commercial floor, which is why Structural Drying in Vivian is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. We carry full liability coverage and hold active licensing to operate throughout Vivian, LA.
Because our gear is staged locally rather than shipped in, Vivian response times run well ahead of a typical national franchise.
Anyone in Vivian who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Staying current on restoration techniques matters as much in Vivian as the equipment itself, which is why training isn't a one-time certification and done.
The Vivian jobs that end up gutting a room almost always started quiet, not with a flood. Here's what tells our team a Vivian property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so reach out to our Vivian team before it spreads.
We don't run a one-size response in Vivian — a contained bathroom leak gets a different crew than a flooded restaurant kitchen. We list these as distinct services because each genuinely requires different tools and training, not interchangeable labor.
Truck-mount extraction on every Vivian rig means high-volume pickup starts the same day, not the next. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We calculate drying needs using humidity and temperature data rather than guessing at equipment placement, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
On the residential side in Vivian, we handle the flood cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so the home is ready for rebuild, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
Vivian businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
When a Vivian job involves sewage backup, our team suits up fully, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Vivian drying job includes preventive antimicrobial application aimed at heading off mold before it starts.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Vivian property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Local staging inside Vivian typically puts a tech at your door quickly, not after a long drive across the region.
We document every Vivian job with photos and moisture logs and can speak directly with your adjuster.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider any Vivian job done, and getting there again is on us.
A short call tells us whether your Vivian job needs one technician or a full crew before anyone drives out.
The closest available Vivian technician is routed to you with equipment staged and ready.
Standing water comes out first, then we map moisture and position air movers based on the readings.
We don't close the Vivian file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, with full photo and moisture documentation in hand.
Our Vivian technicians take moisture readings at the start and end of every job, and the final number has to hit dry standard before we leave. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact guarantee printed on your Vivian paperwork, not only spoken over the phone. We try to return the same crew for any callback so the person handling it already knows the property and the original readings.
We built this guarantee because Vivian property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.
